New Delhi: The central government has approved all airlines to serve food to passengers during the journey. Now passengers will be able to get pre-packed snacks, meals and beverages on domestic flights. According to the government order, hot miles will also be available in international flights.

In fact, a senior official of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) said that if a passenger refuses to wear a mask while traveling, his name can also be put on the no-fly list by the airline.

Pre Packed food in flight:

Domestic and international flights were banned in the wake of the Corona crisis. Conditional domestic services were started from May 25, prohibiting the delivery of food to passengers. Only pre-packaged cold food and snacks were being served, given the distance time of international flights.

According to the order issued on Thursday, the Ministry of Civil Aviation has said that airlines can offer pre-packed snacks, miles, pre-packed beverages, depending on the duration of travel for domestic flights.

The ministry said that only once-in-use trays, plates and cutlery should be used when serving food or beverages on domestic and international flights.

The order also states that crew members must wear new gloves every time they serve food or drinks. During domestic and international flights, passengers are allowed to use the entertainment system based on availability.
