Ghaziabad: At least thirteen people were reportedly killed and many others were injured in a fire accident at a garment factory in Sahibabad area of the district on early Friday morning.
The cause of the fire was still not clear but according to the sources living nearby, the incident occurred at around 0800 hours in the morning.
Fire tenders have been rushed to the spot soon after they were informed about the mishap.
The factory is located on the Delhi-Uttar Pradesh border of the district’s Sahibabad area. It may be mentioned that this area had seen several incidents of fire tragedies in recent past.
