Gaya (Bihar): The Additional District and Sessions Judge (ADJ), Sachchidanand Singh on Thursday convicted the suspended Janata Dal (United) leader Manorama Devi's son Rocky Yadav and three others in road rage case.

Court will announce the quantum of sentence on September 6.

Supreme Court had in October last year stayed the bail granted to Rakesh Ranjan Yadav aka Rocky, who allegedly killed a class XII student Aditya Sachdeva on May 7, 2016 in Bihar’s Gaya.

The police arrested Rocky from his father Bindi Yadav's mixer plant in Gaya on May 10.

Rocky's parents, who were accused of sheltering him, were recently granted bail. Police also filed charge sheets against Rocky's cousin Teni Yadav, his father Bindi Yadav and his MLC mother's bodyguard Rajesh Kumar in this connection.

Aditya Sachdeva’s parents are seeking justice for their son from the apex court.
