Ganesh Chaturthi: Prez Kovind, PM Modi extend greetings to Nation

New Delhi: Ganesh Chaturthi has arrived. Today this festival is celebrated all over the country. On this special occasion, all the veterans including President Ram Nath Kovind, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah have extended their best wishes. Let us tell you that due to Corona across the country, keeping in mind the Corona protocol, permission has been given to celebrate this festival. This is the reason why less crowd is being seen in the pandals.

Let us tell you that Ganesh Chaturthi, a ten-day festival starting from the fourth day of the Hindu month, has started from September 10 this year. The festival is celebrated with much fanfare with lakhs of devotees joining the pandals to seek blessings from Lord Ganesha.

Ganesh Chaturthi is celebrated in Maharashtra, Karnataka, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Odisha, Goa, West Bengal, Gujarat and Chhattisgarh, Tamil Nadu among other states.
