New Delhi: Massive fire broke out in the building where the Serum Institute of India (SII) in Pune is working on four more vaccines against the corona virus. Due to which there has been chaos. In such a situation, 8 fire stations have reached there immediately, which are engaged in controlling the fire.

Massive fire at Serum institute building:

It is being told that there is a fire in the new building. The fire has not been revealed yet. At present, the building is in a terrible fire, but no casualty has been reported so far. It is being told that work was still going on on four corona vaccines.

The country has suffered a major setback due to the fire of the building of the Corona vaccine institute in Pune. The whole country was hopeful about the Serum Institute, which was ignited by fire. In such a situation, this is bad news for everyone.

However, 7 to 8 fire carts are present on the spot and efforts are being made to extinguish the fire. But the fire has not been controlled yet. Information about the cause of the fire and how many people are trapped in the terminal has not been revealed. A black plume of smoke is visible at the top of the plant from far away in the building. At the same time, the production of covishield in this five-storey plant is going to start in a few days.

Earlier, Suresh Jadhav, executive director of Serum Institute, had informed that the company is working on five vaccines of Corona virus, including Covishield. Emergency use of Covishield has been approved and this vaccine is also being introduced in the vaccination campaign. Three vaccines are in various stages of clinical study, while one vaccine is currently in the pre-clinical phase of the trial.
