Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman Presents Jammu Kashmir Budget

Jammu Kashmir Budget: The proceedings of the second phase of the budget session of Parliament are going on. The second phase of the budget session will continue till April 8. Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has presented the budget of Jammu and Kashmir in the Lok Sabha.

Sitharaman tables J&K budget:

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented the budget for Jammu and Kashmir in the Lok Sabha. He also presented Supplementary Demands for Grants, Demands for Grants and Demands for Additional Grants for Jammu and Kashmir in the Lok Sabha.

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has approved the demand for more funds for the development of Jammu and Kashmir. Earlier on February 1, in the General Budget, the Union Finance Minister had announced Rs 35,581.44 crore for Jammu and Kashmir.

PM Narendra Modi is in Lok Sabha. On reaching the Parliament, PM Modi was given a warm welcome. BJP MPs raised slogans of 'Modi-Modi'.

The opposition party is preparing to surround the central government during the budget session. It is being told that the opposition party can attack the central government on many issues including unemployment, interest rate cut on PF and evacuation of Indians trapped in Ukraine.

Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge said that we will raise all important issues related to the people. He said the Congress would discuss the issue of inflation and unemployment, especially to address the problems of students stuck in Ukraine.

The demand programs of the ministry will be discussed in the budget session and financial business will also be discussed on the subject of Jammu and Kashmir said Union Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal.
