4.2 magnitude quake rocks Delhi and adjoining areas

New Delhi: The National capital was rocked by a earthquake measuring 4.2 on the richer scale at around 0430 hours on Thursday. According to US Geological survey, the epicentre of the quake was Bawal In Haryana's Rewri district.

The quake was at a depth of 10 kilometres.There was no immediate loss of lives and property.

The tremors were felt in Delhi and adjoining areas of Gurugram, Faridabad, Noida and Ghaziabad.
