New Delhi: Delhi riots and IB office Ankit Sharma's murder accuse Tahir Hussain arrested by Police. The Court rejected his anticipatory petition.

Tahir Hussain, who was found alleged in Delhi violence. According to sources and viral videos, sets of Petrol Bomb and Stones found at his house.

Tahir Hussain moved a surrender plea through his lawyer before the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM) Vishal Pahuja earlier today.

It is alleged that the IB officer was murdered inside Tahir Hussain’s house. At the same time, the body of Ankit Sharma was found lying in a gutter.

Yesterday Tahir Hussain filed an anticipatory bail in Delhi’s Karkardooma court. The Karkardooma Court is scheduled to hear on Wednesday on the bail application of Tahir Hussain. Accused Tahir Hussain wass abscond at that time.

AAP rejected his membership from the party after knowing that he is allegdly involved in Delhi violence.

Tahir Hussain also accepted that he was hidden nearby the city and trying to avoid every connection. He also added that "I am innocent and I trust the judicial system of the nation, I will prove my side soon."

Accused of Ankit Sharma’s murder:

According to reports and viral videos, Tahir Hussain was found guilty in IB officer Ankit Sharma’s murder. But after this he ran away from Delhi. In Viral video, police found petrol bomb and stones at his house roof. But he denied everything and said that opposition is trying to do wrong with him.
