According to the Delhi Fore Service (DFS), which carried out the rescue operations, said the cause of the deaths were burns and building collapse.

New Delhi: Atleast seven people lost their lives and eight were injured after a factory building collapsed down in an explosion, in the National Capital, on Friday .
The explosion brought down the double-storied factory building, situated in west Delhi's Sudarshan Park area, which was used for painting ceiling fans.
In this context, Additional Deputy Police Commissioner Sameer Sharma said, "The death toll is now seven. Another person succumbed to his injuries in a hospital."
He said that six dead bodies were identified. The owner of the factory, Ankit Gupta, was among the injured. Sharma also said that a case has been filed against Gupta, resident of Rohtak, Haryana.
According to the Delhi Fore Service (DFS), which carried out the rescue operations, said the cause of the deaths were burns and building collapse. They also said that a blast led to the disaster, which brought down the roof and a portion of the building.
However, the blast took place after a gas cylinder exploded, causing the tragedy, according to a Police officer.
Around 15 people were rescued from the debris, under the rescue operations.
