New Delhi: The Odisha government has announced a 14-day lockdown from May 5 to May 19 in view of rising cases of corona virus. Earlier, the lockdown in the country's capital Delhi has been extended for a week. Here, restrictions have been extended in many districts in Uttar Pradesh due to the pandemic.

Lockdown extended in Odisha:

Several other states have also decided to increase the restrictions in view of increasing cases of corona virus. Actually, Coronavirus is not taking the name of havoc. There have been 3,92,488 new cases of corona virus infection in India in the last 24 hours. However, the Central and State Governments are making every effort to prevent infection at their own level.

The situation is quite bad in Maharashtra, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat and Rajasthan. In these states, most people are being killed due to corona virus infection.

10413 new casesin Odisha:

In addition, cases of corona are also increasing rapidly in states like Odisha. In Odisha, 10413 new cases of corona were reported on Friday, the information of which was shared on Saturday. During this period 11 people died in the state. Out of the newly infected patients, 5 thousand 887 people are from quarantine. In such a situation, the state government has announced the lockdown from May 5 to May 19. However, services other than the essential services will remain closed during this period.
