COVID-19: Lockdown in these Maha cities including Mumbai

The decision to lock down has been taken in four cities of Maharashtra, the most affected state of the corona virus. Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has announced that all offices and important establishments in these four cities, including Mumbai, will remain closed till March 31.

Mumbai: The decision to lock down has been taken in four cities of Maharashtra, the most affected state of the corona virus. Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has announced that all offices and important establishments in these four cities, including Mumbai, will remain closed till March 31.

So far, 52 total cases of corona virus have been reported in the Maha state.

While Addressing the public, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray said that all the work sites in Mumbai, MMR area, Pune, Pimpri Chinchwad and Nagpur will be closed from midnight to 31 March today. Meanwhile, three new cases of corona virus have been reported in Maharashtra on Friday.

Corona Bollywood Connection:

Meanwhile, Bollywood Singer Kanika Kapoor tests corona positive. She is now under isolation. Her family is in Mumbai and she is in Lucknow, where she attended parties this week. This news created quake in VIP corridor.

Singer Anoop Jalota was also under isolation, but he is not affected with the virus.

COVID-19, 195 CASES in India:

The novel coronavirus cases in India rose to 195 on Friday after 22 fresh cases were reported from various parts of the country, according to the Health Ministry data. The cases include 32 foreign nationals including 17 from Italy, 3 from the Philippines, two from the UK, one each belonging to Canada, Indonesia and Singapore.

Total 8 Cases in Lucknow:

In Lucknow, four new cases found including Singer Kanika Kapoor. Till date total eight corona virus cases in Lucknow. The DM of Lucknow, ordered that most busy areas of Lucknow will be closed till 23rd March, 2020. DM requested that stay at home till next official order.
