Coronavirus: Single day rise of 34,973 Covid-19 cases, 260 deaths

According to the Health Department, 260 people died in 24 hours, while 37,681 patients returned home after recovering.

New Delhi: The number of corona patient is not taking the name of decreasing. In the last 24 hours, 34,973 cases have been reported. Even though 8,290 less cases reported on Friday, yet this number is frightening.

According to the Health Department, 260 people died in 24 hours, while 37,681 patients returned home after recovering. The number of active patients in the country is 3,90,646. On the other hand, if we talk about the total number of dead in the country, it has increased to 4,42,009 and so far the total number of healthy patients has gone up to 3,23,42,299.

Corona out of control in Kerala:

Corona infection is out of control in Kerala. More than 20 thousand cases are being reported here every day. In the last 24 hours, out of 34,973 corona patients reported in the country, 26,200 cases have been registered in Kerala alone. At the same time, 114 people have also died in the state. Maharashtra is the second state after Kerala, even here the risk of corona infection is increasing.

Vaccination in India:

According to the Union Health Ministry, till September 9, 72,37,84,586 people across the country have received the vaccine.

The Union Health Ministry said that till September 9, 72 crore 37 lakh 84 thousand doses of corona vaccine have been given across the country. 67.58 lakh vaccines were administered on the last day. At the same time, according to the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), 53.86 crore corona tests have been done so far. 17.87 lakh corona sample tests were done on the last day, whose positivity rate is less than 3 percent.

The death rate from corona in the country is 1.33 percent while the recovery rate is 97.48 percent. Active cases are 1.19 percent. India is now at 6th place in the world in terms of Corona Active Cases. India ranks second in terms of the total number of infected. Whereas after America, Brazil has the highest number of deaths in India.
