Coronavirus: India reports 31,222 COVID-19 cases, 290 deaths

In the last 24 hours, 31,222 new cases of corona were registered, 42,903 people have defeated the disease, while 290 infected have died.

New Delhi: Monday was a day of relief regarding the cases of corona infection. There is a steady decline in the daily cases of corona. After a long time, the daily cases of corona have decreased. In the last 24 hours, 31,222 new cases of corona were registered, 42,903 people have defeated the disease, while 290 infected have died.

Corona latest update:

It is a matter of relief that in Kerala, Maharashtra also new cases of corona are decreasing. Due to the rapid pace of vaccination, hard immunity is being prepared in the body of people, due to which people are less vulnerable to infection. According to ICMR, till September 6, more than 53 crore tests have been done, whereas, on Monday, more than 15 lakh samples have been tested.

According to the data, so far 3 crore 30 lakh 58 thousand 843 cases of corona have been reported in the country. Out of which 4 lakh 41 thousand 42 people have died so far.

Vaccination in India:

At the same time, one crore 13 lakh 53 thousand 571 doses of corona vaccine were given in the country on the last day. After which the total figure of vaccination has reached 69 crore 90 lakh 62 thousand 776. The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) has said that 15 lakh 26 thousand 56 sample tests were done for corona virus in India yesterday, after which a total of 53 crore 31 lakh 89 thousand 348 sample tests have been done till yesterday.

Let us inform that the southern state of Kerala is registering the maximum number of corona cases as compared to all the states of the country. In the last 24 hours, 19 thousand 688 new cases of corona virus have been reported in Kerala. At the same time, 28 thousand 561 patients were cured of corona and 135 deaths occurred. Now the positivity rate in the state is 16.71 percent.
