New Delhi: During the ongoing hearing in the Supreme Court regarding the Corona Vaccine, the Central Government has said that every citizen of the country will be vaccinated by the end of this year.

The Central Government told the Supreme Court that by the end of this year, the work of applying the vaccine to all people above the age of 18 years will be completed.

Vaccination in India:

Let me tell you that the hearing of the case is being conducted by a bench of three judges headed by Justice DY Chandrachud. During the hearing, on behalf of the Central Government, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta said that the task force's report is almost complete and the situation is under control.

On this, Justice Bhat said, the only problem I am keeping is about providing vaccine to the whole country. The only thing we want to address is the pricing policy. You are asking states to compete each other.

Vaccination for all by end of the year:

Solicitor General Mehta said, there is no competition. Some states pay more and receive more and some pay less and receive less, it is not. To this Parjastis Chandrachud said, various municipal corporations are issuing global tenders for the purchase of the vaccine. Is this the policy of the Center?

Solicitor General Mehta said on this, "Many states have issued a gobble tender for Waxony but vaccine making companies like Pfizer or others have their own policy. They talk directly to the country and do not talk to the state." Justice Bhatt said that this issue is not about the vaccine available to the whole country, we want to know what are the policies regarding the price of the vaccine. You are asking states to buy the vaccine and they are asking them to compete with each other.
