New Delhi: The number of patients infected with Coronavirus in India is steadily decreasing. For the past three weeks, the number of people recovering daily from corona in the country is more than the new cases coming up.

Recovery Rate at 85.81 percent:

On Saturday, the number of patients recovering from new cases of corona is about 10,000 more. With this, the number of people recovering from the covid has been 85.81 percent, which is 59 lakh 88 thousand 823. The rapid decline in infection cases at the national level suggests that there has been success in controlling the spread of infection.

According to the data released by the Union Health Ministry, 73,272 new cases have been received during the last 24 hours. During this period 926 patients have also died. The total infected number of corona in the country has increased to 69 lakh 79 thousand 424, out of which 59 lakh 88 thousand 823 patients have become completely healthy.

More than 8 lakh active corona cases:

The recovery rate of corona in the country has been 85.81 percent. There are a total of 8 lakh 83 thousand 185 active cases of corona virus infection in the country. So far more than one lakh seven thousand people have died in the country due to the epidemic.

Of the new cases reported in the last 24 hours, 78 percent were reported in Maharashtra. Also Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Odisha, Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Delhi in the list.

Maharashtra has crossed 15 lakh infected cases with 12,134 new cases. Of these, 12.29 lakh patients have been fully recovered so far. At the same time, outbreaks are increasing in Karnataka and Kerala. There are 10,913 new cases in Karnataka and 9,250 new cases in Kerala and the number of infected in both these states has reached 6.90 lakh and 2.66 lakh respectively.
