New Delhi: The cases of Coronavirus are continuously increasing across the country. It is being described as the second wave of covid-19 in India. Maharashtra has seen the most positive patients in new cases. According to the data released by the Health Department, 25,833 new cases have been reported in the last 24 hours. This figure is the highest till date in daily cases, whereas yesterday this figure was 23,179.

Amid growing COVID19 cases in Maharashtra, a huge crowd was witnessed in Dadar Sabzi Mandi. There were 25,833 new cases in Maharashtra yesterday.

Schools Colleges closed in Gujarat:

In view of the increasing cases of corona infection in Gujarat, the government has closed schools and colleges and universities in eight big cities till 10 April. University examinations have also been canceled. Only 10th and 12th examinations will be held.

Apart from this, public bus service in Ahmedabad and Surat, Garden, Gym, Zoo etc. have been closed and the duration of night curfew has been extended. The chief minister has refused to implement the lockdown, but the borders with neighboring states of Rajasthan, Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh have been sealed.

In Punjab too, the situation is worsened by corona infection. On Thursday, 2387 new cases were reported here. At the same time 32 people died during this period. So far, 2.05 lakh cases have been reported in the state and 6204 people have died. The active case is 14,366. On Thursday, 1,899 new cases of corona were reported in Kerala and 15 people died.
