I can do anything after 6 pm; Sidhu defends his TV appearance

New Delhi: Defending his appearance on TV show, cricketer-turned-politician Navjot Singh Sidhu on Tuesday said he can do anything in the night hours as he will do office work from 9:00 am to 6:00 am.

"Why is everybody so much concerned about me working in a television show? I have left major assignments of the television. But, I can do anything in the night hours," said Sidhu.

"My working hours in the office would be from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm," he added.

Playing safe, Sidhu skipped to speak anything on newly elected Punjab Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh.

Punjab government is taking legal advice that whether Sidhu could work in the entertainment industry or not.

When Congress leader was asked about the same, he said he will accept whatever Amarinder Singh will say on this matter.

"The boss is always right," said Sidhu.

"We are asking advocate general to give us an opinion whether a person who is a minister can do what he wants to do. It will depend entirely on what legal position is," the Punjab chief minister had said.
