In his another tweet he said Modi and Khattar sir why are you endangering lives of thousands of commuters by inaugurating incomplete expressway?
Gurugram: Congress spokesperson Randeep Singh Surjewala attacks Prime Minister Narendra Modi for inaugurating incomplete Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) expressway here, on Monday.
Randeep showed his concern on tweeter saying, "PM Modi and Chief Minister Khattar are endangering the lives of thousands of commuters by illegally and forcibly inaugurating an incomplete KMP Expressway today." He also alleged that the highway has not yet been tested by engineers and the "third party consultant has also refused to give a completion certificate."

In his another tweet he said Modi and Khattar sir why are you endangering lives of thousands of commuters by inaugurating incomplete expressway? He also accused Modi for risking commuters lives just for a quick publicity in the middle of elections and to benefit the Pvt operator by Rs 26 crores a month.
* Where is the certificate of completion from Consultant and HSIDC?
*Without an engineer's approval how could it be considered as partial business start-up.
Randeep Surjewala also asked Modi and Khattar's answer to his questions and suggested Modi to cancel the inauguration and order an enquiry in to the matter then get the KMP completed.

2. 3rd Party Consultant has refused to give ‘completion certificate’
3. Even HSIIDC refused to own responsibility for mishap."

He also said how a highway can cater public when it is not approved by the engineers.
The 53-km Palwal-Manesar section of KMP expressway was inaugurated by Nitin Gadkari in April 2016.
