New Delhi: Home Minister Rajnath Singh, while speaking on anti-terror operations in parliament during the second leg of budget session said that the Indian government has considered incidents regarding Indians in United States of America very seriously.

New Delhi: Home Minister Rajnath Singh, while speaking in parliament during the second leg of budget session, praised terrorist Saifullah's father for his stern stand against terrorism.

"One who cannot be loyal to the nation, how can he be ours," Saifullah's father had said.

The Indian government has considered incidents regarding Indians in United States of America very seriously, he said.

The HM said that the statement on behalf of the central government regarding the ongoing situations in USA will be gicven in the parliament next week.

The second half of the Budget Session of Parliament began on Thursday (March 9) after a month-long break and will continue till April 12.

The senior BJP leader Anant Kumar said that the session will witness the discussion on finance, appropriation bill, maternity bill and other important bills that were presented in the Parliament and the ruling party has requested the opposition to let the House function smoothly.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while addressing media before the session had requested the opposition leaders to support the ruling government while discussing the matters that will benefit the poor.

PM Modi said, "Hoping to see breakthrough in GST, all states and parties have shown a positive approach."

He further stated, "There will be detailed discussion on the Budget and I am sure the level of debate and discussion will be of good quality."

Home Minister Rajnath Singh is also expected to address the House on the anti-terror operations that were carried out in Lucknow on Tuesday last and would speak on the pipe bomb blast in Bhopal-Ujjain train earlier on the same day.

It could be recalled that the first part of the session had started on January 31 and concluded on February 9 after presentation of the Union Budget 2017. The motion of thanks to President’s address to the joint sitting of both the Houses had also been held during the first half of the session.
