One of the mats featuring Lord Ganesha was being sold by Saety Bathroom Rugs with the colour option being - Colorful Mandala Hindu Lord Baby Mat Sets - for USD 21.99. Another display picture of the mat on the website was in poor taste as well. In the midst of the controversy, a section of the internet also noticed that Amazon has been selling doormats with pictures of the Indian flag.

Here are screenshots of the products that have been sourced directly from the Amazon website.

Amazon, after facing severe backlash online, has removed most of the aforementioned products from their website as such rugs are no longer available for sale. On Twitter, in the meantime, netizens trended #BoycottAmazon furiously and said that it is "very disgraceful" on Amazon's part to sell such products.
