Bihar board results: Toppers called for re-examination
Patna: A probe has been ordered in the results of Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) and a decision to re-evaluate this year's class XII toppers copies has also been taken.
The decision has been taken to ascertain whether or not the toppers actually deserved the honours. The probe was ordered after video of a topper looked completely clueless about her subjects, and said political science was about cookery, said sources.
- The re-examination of all the 14 toppers from arts, science and commerce streams will be held on June 3.
- First three toppers are from an eminent school of Vaishali.
State education minister Ashok Choudhary said the evaluators and invigilators would also if punished if found guilty.
