My aim is to eliminate PM Modi from Indian politics: Mamata

Kolkata: Launching a fresh salvo at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Monday said my soul aim is to eliminate the former from Indian politics.

Mamata’s statement came while addressing a Trinamool Congress rally over the demand of rollback of demonetisation here.

Attacking PM Modi over the move of demonetisation, Mamata Banerjee said:

• Modi government is acting like God.
• The decision of demonetisation has left people in dismay.
• PM Modi is not concerned about common people.
• I will fight carry on the fight against an ‘undeclared financial emergency’ in the nation.
• Most of the people in rural areas do not have bank accounts.
• How will they cope up with this situation?
