Oscars 2022: Will Smith wins Best Actor, 'CODA' wins Best Picture Award

Oscars Award 2022: Oscar Awards have started from the night of 27th March but due to time difference we can watch it in India on Monday, 28th March. The show, which went live in the US on March 27, 8 pm ET (website) and 5 pm PT (website), can be seen on Hotstar on March 28 at 5:30 am in India. This show can be seen on Hotstar and websites as well as TV channels.

'Summer of Soul' has won the award in the Best Documentary category. India's documentary 'Writing With Fire' has missed out on winning the Oscar.

Kenneth Branagh has received the Oscar Award in the Best Original Screenplay category for the film Belfast. Sian Heder has received the Academy Award for CODA in the Best Adapted Screenplay category.

Will Smith awarded Best actor award:

Will Smith has received the Oscar Award for Best Actor for the film King Richard. During this, Will Smith appeared very emotional. When Will reached the stage to receive the award, he cried while holding the award on stage. Wiping tears, he thanked the entire team of his film from the heart.

Jane Campion has received the Best Director award for The Power of the Dog. Let us tell you that Jane is the third woman to win the Best Director Award.

Encanto was awarded the Oscar in the Best Animated Feature Film category of the Academy Awards. Greg Fraser won the Best Cinematography Award this year.

Ariana DeBose has received this year's Best Supporting Actress award. The actress has been awarded the Best Supporting Actress award for West Side Story.
