Mastering Remote Work: 10 Productivity Hacks for Success

New Delhi: Everyone is struggling with different problems in lockdown, one of which is not getting enough sleep. Due to working from home, most of the people are spending their time not only throughout the day but also in meetings, presentations and interviews on laptop or mobile, due to which the body remains tired and sleepy all the day.

Work from Home:

Due to lack of sleep, the mood is not right and this also affects our productivity. So for this, all you have to do is to set some things, adopt some habits, and then you have to move from one to the other.

Only then life will be able to get back on track because the culture of work from home is going to be very long. In such a situation, only these habits will make you better.

Fed up of over sleep:

If you want to get rid of the problem of sleeping all the time, then the first and most effective solution is to decide the time of sleep. Sleep on a fixed time keeping the laptop, mobile sub-side relaxed. Sleep will be complete due to which the problem like nap and boil all day will also go away.

Do exercises:

If the body remains tired, sleep also becomes good as soon as it goes to bed. So if you have not yet included the workout in your routine, then there is still time to start. This will keep you healthy as well as improve sleep.

Don't sleep after lunch:

After lunch, after taking bath, it starts to nap and in its wake, most people take 1–2 hours of sleep. Which is not true at all. If you are feeling very sleepy, then take a power nap, but sleeping for so many hours can disturb the sleep of the night.
