In this season of strong Sunlight, the body not only gets dehydrated from inside, but the effects of this dehydration also start appearing on the skin. Sometimes the face becomes excessively dry and someone starts feeling stickiness due to sweat. At the same time, many people are troubled by dull skin. In such a situation, to get freshness and to improve the skin, refreshing face packs can be made and applied at home. These face packs provide cooling effects to the skin and give a glow to the skin.

Cooling Face Packs:

  • Tomato and Honey - This face pack is very easy to make and its effect is also visible in reducing tanning. To make a face pack of tomato and honey, mix both the things in equal quantity and apply it on the face for 10 to 15 minutes and then wash it. The effect is visible by applying this face mask once a week.
  • Curd and Cucumber- Curd is definitely made a part of the summer diet, but its cooling properties are not only beneficial for the body but also for the skin. To make Dahi Face Packs, take half a cup of curd in a bowl and add 2 spoons of cucumber pulp i.e. ground cucumber in it. Keep this paste on the face for half an hour and then wash it off. The skin will get hydration.
  • Coffee and honey- Take 2 spoons of ground coffee and add one spoon of honey to it. To make a face pack, add some curd to it. Face pack is ready. Keep it on the face for 15 to 20 minutes and then wash the face. This face pack provides moisture to the face and makes the face glow.
  • Turmeric and rose water- Turmeric and rose water can be included in skin care. To make this face pack, mix half a teaspoon turmeric in gram flour and prepare a paste by adding rose water to it. Apply this face pack on the face for 10 minutes and then wash it off.
  • Curd and honey- Mix one spoon honey in 2 spoons curd and apply this mixture on the face for 15 minutes and then wash it off. This is a hydrating face pack which also gives soothing effects to the skin.
