A research published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that eating more processed meat or unprocessed red meat or poultry food items causes coronary heart disease, stroke, heart failure, heart and blood circulation related diseases. You will be surprised to know that if you eat processed meat twice a week, then your risk of heart disease and blood circulation related disease can increase by 7 percent. Whereas if you do not eat processed meat at all, then there will be no such problem.
