The number of cervical patients in India is increasing day by day. The biggest reason behind cervical cancer is said to be lack of cleanliness during periods. Despite the 21st century, there are still many places in India where women use cloth during periods. One of the biggest problems with cloth is that people keep it on for hours. Due to which there is a great fear of getting infection. Surveys conducted in recent years have shown that women should take special care of hygiene during menstrual cycle. If this is not done, then they can become victims of Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) bacteria.

Women who have pre-cancer or cancer have had very poor menstrual hygiene. Due to this, the risk of infection is very high in them. Due to increased infection, she becomes vulnerable to cancer. HPV infection usually gets cured on its own, otherwise after some time due to poor menstrual hygiene, the infection turns into a serious disease like cancer.

But on the other hand, it is also said that the things used in sanitary pads also increase the risk of cervical cancer. If we compare it with cloth, then the chances of getting rashes are less, but if the same cloth is kept for a long time, then the risk of infection increases a lot. Due to this, rashes and discomfort can also occur. But the risk of leakage is also very high.

Use of cloth - Many women still use cotton clothes. Doing this can also harm vaginal health. Using cloth during periods can increase the risk of cervical cancer.

Not changing the pad- If you do not change the pad every 4 or 6 hours, then this can also cause problems. Not changing the product on time during periods can cause UTI and many types of infections. Due to infection, you can also become a victim of shock syndrome.

Not tracking periods- Always track periods. By doing this, you will always carry the product with you and you will not face any inconvenience. Along with this, it is also important to pay attention to the flow of periods so that you can prepare yourself for it.
