High blood pressure is a lifestyle related problem. It is also known as hypertension. A person faces the problem of high BP when there is pressure of blood on the walls of the blood circulation. In this situation, the heart is unable to pump the heart properly. For your information, let us tell you that a person's BP should be less than 120/80 mmHg. This is normal blood pressure. Nowadays, bad lifestyle is the main cause of high BP. In many cases, it can prove to be very dangerous. Due to this, the risk of stroke and heart attack increases a lot. 1. Difficulty sleeping

If you have trouble sleeping at night, then this can be the initial symptoms of high BP. Actually, high BP disturbs the sleep cycle. Due to this, there are problems of lack of sleep. Due to which there can be trouble sleeping at night. If you have high BP disease or you take medicine, then you must keep getting it checked. For good sleep, remove stress and practice meditation in the morning.

2. Excessive urination

If you often have a problem of excessive urination at night, then you should be alert. These can be signs of high blood pressure. High BP can put pressure on the kidneys, which can lead to more urine. Therefore, one should be careful.

3. Headache

If there is a problem of headache at night or after waking up, then it can be a sign of high blood pressure. Headache caused by high BP is very high in the morning. This is because the blood pressure increases while sleeping at night and it is very high in the morning.
