New Delhi: The rising threat of corona virus has once again increased people's discomfort. Along with walking, running, yoga and pranayama to stay fit, people are also taking advice from dieticians and doctors to increase immunity.

Because strong immunity is the most important defense against corona. For which, along with eating homemade plain food, include some things which are known as immunity boosters.

So let's know about them ...

Tulsi Patti:

Tulsi (Basil) plant is found in almost all the houses, so wash 6-7 leaves daily and eat them. If you wish, soak it in water overnight and drink it in the morning. It also benefits.

Yellow Fruits:

Red or yellow fruits are especially immunity boosters. These include orange, seasonal, plum, berry, kiwi and papaya. All these fruits contain vitamin C, iron and omega-3 fatty acids, which make the immune system strong. Along with this, pumpkin soup is also very beneficial, it also contains a lot of vitamin C.

Garam Masala:

Include chakra flowers and fennel present in whole hot spices in different ways. Shikimic acid is found in them.

Ginger:

In addition to tea, use ginger in milk and Kadha. Ginger is very effective in curing cough. Garlic consumption also keeps away infectious diseases.

Dry Fruits:

Add dry fruits in your diet. Eat almond on regular basis. Almond is good for brain and immunity.

Giloy:

Giloy is also very healthy. So make this a part of your daily diet too. Use it in tea and kadha and drink daily. Green tea is also very effective.
