It contains many nutrients and is also a good source of dietary fiber. By eating porridge, the body gets balanced calories, digestion remains healthy and energy gets boosted. Benefits of eating dalia daily:

Relief from constipation: Oatmeal is rich in fiber and it acts as a good laxative. In such a situation, after eating porridge, the dirty toxins are flushed out of the body and the stomach gets cleaned properly. Apart from constipation, eating porridge also relieves the problems of gas, nausea, stomach ache and flatulence.

Muscle mass increases: People who are trying to gain muscle can also consume porridge. Porridge also contains good amount of protein and vitamins which is helpful in increasing muscle mass.
