As we know that whole India is encountering , the second wave of pandemic Covid 19. The frightening rise of covid-19 cases and its results can make children anxious and stressed. In this pandemic period , children are glued with touch screen phones , 24×7 that can bring lots of radiation related diseases. Children are also missing outdoor games during this quarantine days, that's why parents should motivate their children to play indoor games. Here, are some strategies which can be followed by the parents to ease up the stress level of the kids during this hard time.

According to, UNICEF report, due to the pandemic greater impact could be seen , on the emotional and social development of the adolescent and young children . Based on the preliminary studies ,during the lockdown of second wave of pandemic period ,it is been observed that ,younger children 3 to 6 years old were more likely to manifest symptoms of clinginess and the fear of the family members being infected than older children 6 to 18 years old. In the opinion of child psychologist children feels uncertainty, fearfulness and isolated during this quarantine period. It is also found that children are experiencing disturb sleep, nightmares ,poor appetite and separation related anxiety.

So, here are some strategies which can be followed by the parents to ease up the stress level of their kids and create happy and enjoyment environment at home.

Parents can set a time for family yoga. Since ancient times, the art of practicing yoga is considered the healer of human's mind body and soul.
