Various innovations have been introduced to improve the health sector since past few years. Many health and wellness experts have from time and again tried to implement methods which can help in attaining optimum levels of physical fitness, but a very few have really tried to work upon the mental area along with physical fitness. Yasin Seiwasser has tried to do just that by designing a program which gives dua benefits. Based on his three decade old practice, he has developed the 'Art of Life' program which promises to bring out the best in people.

We sit down with the experienced martial art expert and life coach to learn more about his innovative program. Here are the excerpts.

What made you design this innovative program, and what are its benefits?

This program has been developed after years of experience and acts as a life enhancing medicine which rejuvenates the mind, body and soul through its effective techniques that have been designed after years of working towards it. My years of experience and practice have been amalgamated in this program, which has been beneficial for many who have undergone the training.

What exactly is the program all about? Can you elaborate a bit?

The program consists of eight levels, and each level has its own features which work positively towards refreshing the mind and strengthening your body to a great extent. One has to diligently complete the levels to get optimum results. Various innovative techniques from Zen, Kriya Yoga, internal martial arts and many other fields are included in the program which targets the physical as well as mental health of the practitioner.

What are your goals, where do you go from here?

I want to be the reason for transforming many lives, and my mission is to spread awareness about how to attain the best out of life through my programs and seminars. I want to see the world in a much fitter space it is at present, both mentally and physically.
