Why Salman Khan and Deepika Padukone are not coming together?

Mumbai: All the Bollywood fans have eagerly been waiting to see Salman Khan romancing Deepika Padukone on-screen as the couple would surely make a lovable pairing, but, we wonder their stars are not at the right places to make the imagination happen! Yes, we are saying so after observing several past instances where both the actors were ready to work together but due to discontiguous reasons it couldn’t happen.

You all know that Dippy has revealed earlier that it was not Shahrukh Khan but Salman, who approached her for her debut in the Tinsel Town, but the leggy lass had rejected the offer believing that she wasn't ready for B'wood yet. Later, she made her debut with SRK and has since delivered many blockbusters opposite the superstar but her dream of romancing the Dabangg Khan is yet not fulfilled.

Deepika was again approached by Salman to play the female lead in Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, the role which later went to her arch-rival Soman Kapoor. This time Dippy had to let the offer goes because of lack of dates.

Once again, Deepika was the first choice for the main female character of Yash Raj Films' much anticipated project 'Sultan', starring Salman in the titular character, but following her busy schedule with her upcoming Hollywood project 'xXx – The Return of Xander Cage', she once again missed out the opportunity of making her dream true of sharing screen with Sallu Miyan.

The Bollywood buzz also suggests that Deepika had left her dates vacant for Kabir Khan's yet untitled upcoming venture which star Salman as the male lead, but as it is an Indo-Chinese movie, Salman has apparently opted to feature a fresh Chinese face.
