‘Udta Punjab’ trailer gleans great response on social media

Mumbai: Bollywood movie ‘Udta Punjab’ starring Shahid Kapoor, Aalia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Diljit Dosanjh in the key roles released its trailer on Saturday.

The trailer amassed a whopping response from the fans within hours of its release.

The core theme of the movie is based on increasing drug problem in Punjab. This is the first hindi film based on drugs issue.

Shahid Kapoor will be seen as a Punjabi Rockstar Tommy Singh.

Aalia Bhat will be seen in a non-glamrous role, portraying a girl from Bihar.

Kareena Kapoor Khan will be seen as a Doctor.

Diljit Dosanjh will play a tough cop in the movie.

The movie is slated to released on June 17, 2016.
