'The Girl on the Train' Trailer is out: Netflix Murder mystery looks absorbing

New Delhi: The trailer of Parineeti Chopra's film The Girl on the Train coming on Netflix has been released. The Girl on the Train is a mystery-thriller film. The film is directed by Ribhu Dasgupta. In The Girl on the Train, Parineeti is playing the role of a murder suspect.

The story of The Girl on the Train revolves around a girl Meera, who sees a family leading a happy life while traveling by train daily. Then one day it looks like his own life changes. Apart from the film Parineeti, Aditi Rao Hydari, Kirti Kulhari and Avinash Tiwari will be seen in important roles.

The Girl on the Train was scheduled to be released in May last year, but was postponed due to pandemic. The Girl on the Train is a mystery-thriller film. It is a remake of the Hollywood film of the same name, in which Emily Blunt played the lead role. The Hollywood film 2015 is an adaptation of Paula Hawkins' novel by the same name.

The film's director Ribhu has directed a series called Bard of Blood for Netflix, in which Emraan Hashmi played the lead role. The series was produced by Shah Rukh Khan. Parineeti is making her debut on the OTT platform with The Girl on the Train.
