Sonam Kapoor & Hubby Anand Ahuja Travels to London Amid COVID-19 Pandemic

Actor Sonam Kapoor, who was in the city for over a month, has flown back to 'beautiful' London with husband Anand Ahuja amid the coronavirus pandemic. The 'Neerja' actor shared her travel journey by sharing multiple photos on instagram. Shortly before the travel ban was imposed in March, Sonam, along with her husband Anand Ahuja, flew to Delhi from London.

The duo arrived in Mumbai, a day before the actor’s birthday on June 9, and had been staying in the city since.

Sonam Kapoor:

In a series of Instagram stories on Monday night, Sonam uploaded pictures from the flight and captioned, “London, I’m back… So beautiful.”

Sharing a view of London from the plane, Sonam wrote: “London I am back. So beautiful.”

Recently, the Delhi-6 actor had shared how she is “missing” her film crew and being on set, as all film shoots had come to a halt due to the coronavirus induced nation-wide lockdown.

Sonam spent the lockdown in New Delhi, but flew to Mumbai once domestic travel was allowed. She marked the family reunion with a bunch of posts with sister Rhea Kapoor and the family.

Sonam and Anand tied a knot in a traditional Sikh ceremony in Mumbai on May 8, 2018.

Work Front:

On the work front, Sonam has entertained us with films such as Delhi 6, Raanjhana, Neerja, Padman, Veere Di Wedding among others.

She was last seen in 2019 romantic comedy The Zoya Factor. In addition, which also featured Malayalam star Dulquer Salmaan.

The film, which is an adaptation of a book of the same name written by Anuja Chauhan, fared below expectations.
