Shruti Haasan to play a journalist in ‘Singham-3’

Chennai: Bollywood actor Shruti Haasan is currently shooting for Tamil action film ‘Singham-3’ in Vishakhapatnam of Andhra Pradesh and she reportedly plays a journalist in the flick.

According to sources, she plays Vidya, a journalist who helps the male protagonist to crack a big case.

Shruti will continue to shoot for the film till the end of this month and later, she will return to the sets of Kamal Haasan’s multilingual flick named ‘Sabash Naidu’.

Other highlights:

• Popular Tamil actor Suriya will be seen in the lead role opposite Shruti in Singham-3.
• In the film, the duo will be seen working together to bring down the villain’s empire.
• The film is being directed by Hari and it also stars Anushka Shetty among other actors in supporting roles.
• The music in the film is given by Harris Jayaraj.
