‘Badshaah’ Shahrukh Khan feels like a newcomer after 25 years

It was an occasion of launching his biography that made the superstar Shahrukh Khan turn emotional and thank the author Samar Khan for compiling his journey into a memorable book titled, ‘25 years of a Life’.

Mumbai: It was an occasion of launching his biography that made the superstar Shahrukh Khan turn emotional and thank the author Samar Khan for compiling his journey into a memorable book titled, ‘25 years of a Life’.

Superstar Khan today is the ‘king of romance' in Bollywood but all those years back, he was just a guy from Delhi trying to make it big in Mumbai and the Badshaah of Hindi cinema still feels the same way. Khan while talking regarding his biography said that it has been 25 years since he was serving the industry and each day he feels like a newcomer.

The King Khan stated, “Despite spending 25 years, I still feel like a newcomer. I find it awkward I have spent 25 years but I still feel like a newcomer.”

Khan said that he has less choices left with him which lead him to a confusing state and sometime it becomes awkward for him to deal with them. “Sometimes it’s awkward… today being in this position, the choices are less. I meet many directors but it goes out of hand sometimes,” he stated.

Shahrukh thanked Samar Khan for gifting his son so many Papas:

Shahrukh Khan was also thankful to the author of his biography Samar Khan after the former’s son became excited to see so many pictures of his father, each in a different look.

“My little one was so happy to see so many papas...” the superstar tweeted to thank Samar Khan.

‘25 years of a Life’ captures interesting incidents from King Khan’s successful journey in the industry. It tells about all highs and lows the superstar faced in the Hindi cinema.

According to author Samar Khan, “This book was the perfect chance for me to tell the SRK story from a different lens.”

About Samar Khan:

Samar Khan is also a director and has directed a movie named ‘Kuchh Meetha Ho Jaye’ that was released in year 2005. The movie also had King Khan in special appearance.
