Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt is battling lung cancer. On Tuesday, Sanjay Dutt was admitted to Mumbai's Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital for his treatment.

Mumbai: Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt is battling lung cancer. On Tuesday, Sanjay Dutt was admitted to Mumbai's Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital for his treatment.

Sanjay Dutt's lung cancer has reached the advanced stage, which he has started treatment. Earlier, Sanjay Dutt reached the hospital for a test on Saturday i.e. August 15.

Sanjay Dutt admitted to Kokilaben Hospital:

Sanjay Dutt left from Bandra's Imperial Height Building at around 7.00 pm to be hospitalized. He was accompanied by his wife Manyata Dutt, his two sisters - Priya Dutt, Namrata Dutt. Apart from this, some close friends were also present with Sanjay Dutt.

Sanjay Dutt was very calm while going to the hospital. He showed the sign of Victory and said pray for me all. During this, wife Manyata looked emotional and upset.

It is being told that Sanjay Dutt wants to go to America for his treatment, if he is not allowed to get treatment in America then he can go for Singapore treatment.

Being a convicted criminal in the Mumbai bomb blasts, Sanjay Dutt may not be allowed to go to America.

A few days ago, Sanjay Dutt announced on social media that he is taking a break for some time to get treatment for his illness. With this, he told that he is worried about his children.

The actor issued a statement on social media requesting his well-wishers to not speculate about his health amid rumours that he has been diagnosed with lung cancer.

Dutt has not yet officially commented on the nature of his diagnosis.
