PHOTOS | Sanjay Dutt begins 'Prasthaanam' shoot in Lucknow

Lucknow: Bollywood 'Khalnayak' Sanjay Dutt is in the Uttar Pradesh capital Lucknow to shoot his next film 'Prasthaanam'.

Dutt arrived in Lucknow on Tuesday afternoon along with co-actor and local boy Ali Fazal. Actor received a warm welcome by his hundreds of fans at the airport.

The shooting of the film went on floor on Sanjay's father Sunil Dutt's birthday on Wednesday. The first scene of the film was shot in front of the Indira Gandhi Pratishthaan in Gomti Nagar.

Film will be shot at various places across the city including the Indira Gandhi Pratishthan, Gomti Riverfront and Aunty House on Havelock Road.

Directed by Deva Katta, 'Prasthaanam' is a remake of the 2010 Telugu superhit film.

Apart from Sanjay Dutt, the film also stars Manisha Koirala, Jackie Shroff, Amyra Dastur and Chunky Pandey.
