It has been a couple of months since Sushant Singh Rajput breathed his last in Mumbai. The actor was found hanging in his Mumbai residence and his untimely demise had sent down a wave of grief and shock across the nation. And while fans are still struggling with this harsh reality, another unfortunate demise left the industry in a state of shock. We are talking about Sushant’s MS Dhoni: The Untold Story co-star Sandeep Nahar who died by suicide in his Goregaon residence on February 15 this year.

Sandeep Nahar demise:

While Sandeep’s demise left everyone in state of shock, the cops have been investigating the case. Talking about the incident, the officials stated, “Nahar was spotted hanging from the ceiling fan of his bedroom by his wife and her friends. They brought him down and rushed him to hospital in Goregaon where he was declared dead on arrival”. The police officials have also stated that Nahar’s bedroom was locked from inside and it was his wife who had entered the room first after opening the with a duplicate key after she failed to evoke any response.

According to media reports, the Goregaon police has registered the case of accidental death and are awaiting postmortem report. Meanwhile, they will also be recording Nahar’s wife’s stated soon in the matter.

What exactly happened?

Nahar had shared a video on social networking site Twitter mentioning about being frustrated with his married life. He had accused his wife Kanchan and mother-in-law of relentlessly harassing and blackmailing him.

He wrote, "I don't feel like living anymore. I saw lots of ups and downs in my life, faced each and every problem. But today, the kind of trauma I am going through is beyond my control. I also know that resorting to suicide is a sheer act of cowardness and I really wanted to live. But, living a life like this is of no use where there is no self-respect and satisfaction.”
