New Delhi: Bollywood actor Salman Khan is busy these days in the promotion of his upcoming film 'Antim'. The actor will soon be seen on the silver screen with his brother-in-law Aayush Sharma. Apart from working as an actor and producer, the superstar is also preparing the nuances of his passionate project 'Salman Talkies'.

Salman Khan to start his Theatre Chain:

During an interaction with the superstar, media spoke to him about the theatre chain. The actor said, "I want to open the theater chain for my fans as soon as possible." Salman said that yes, we have planned to open the theater chain, hopefully it will happen sometime soon.

The actor was asked whether the pandemic forced him to rethink his decision. He said, "No. We are still working on this project, although things had to be put on hold due to the pandemic. Will come back to this thing gradually, but it is certain that one day it will definitely happen.

Salman will open theatres chain in small towns:

Those who think that Salman will open theaters in big cities, then it is a little disappointing for them because Salman is planning to open theaters in rural and small towns, where there are no theaters. "We plan to build theaters in smaller cities that don't have theatres, and not in cities like Mumbai," he said.

For this project, Salman has met many producers, distributors and exhibitors and explained his plan that it will give better market. First of all, this project will be started in Maharashtra and gradually it will be extended to other cities.

Mumbai Mirror reported in 2018 that Salman Khan is working on a plan to open a theatre chain where tickets will be tax-free or subsidized. At the same time, it will be free for children and underprivleged people. Although then this project was in its beginning. To this, Salman said, I had a lot of plans for the theatre chain, but it is taking me a long time because I need to be very careful. There is a lot of logistics involved so that the project doesn't stop.
