The incident took place when the journalist was trying to capture Salman's photograph but outraged by the infiltration of his privacy, the actor charged against the media person and snatched his mobile. Later, the journalist took the matter to police and filed an FIR.

It is to be mentioned that this is not the first time the actor is facing legal action against him but has been called a serial offender. From infamous poaching case to drunk and drive, actor's name has been appeared on legal papers for more than dozen times.

At work front Salman is working on 'Insha Allah' with Alia Bhatt and the movie was slated to be released next year on 'Eid' but the dates are for now being pushed, as director Sanjay Leela Bhansali twitted on Aug 26.
