'Salman Called-Off His Wedding 5 Days Before The D-Day' - Sajid Reveals

Lucknow: Who does not know Salman Khan, the megastar of Bollywood. Well, the most googled question about him would probably be 'When will Salman Khan get married?'.

Now, his very good friend Sajid Nadiadwala had something rather interesting to reveal on The Kapil Sharma Show about how Salman almost got married one time.

Yes, we were as shocked as you are right now. Producer Sajid was on the show with the entire cast of his next film, Housefull 4. While they all had a ball with host, Kapil Sharma, it was this one small anecdote that Sajid revealed about Salman that got us curious. He revealed that Salman had this phase in 1999 where he wanted to get married and also had a bride.

He said, "Salman had gotten an attack in 1999 of getting married. He already had a girl, I had to find one for myself. Salman’s father’s birthday is on November 18, so we had decided to tie the knot on the same date. Everything was set, even cards were sent out. Just six or five days before the due date, he said ‘I don’t have the mood’. After changing his mind, he came on stage during my marriage and whispered in my ears. ‘There is a car outside, take it and run away’."

Well, it is normal for grooms to get cold feet before their wedding, but Salman legit cancelled the wedding. On hearing this, the audience and everyone on set burst out laughing. Hoping to see Salman Khan get married really soon.
