Los Angeles: Ryan Reynolds-starrer 'Deadpool 2' has finally got its release date giving a sigh of relief to the fans, who have been eagerly waiting to watch the movie that exhibits the heroics of a sarcastic and snarky superhero.

The film, which has created a rave among the audiences with its super-funny trailer, will release on June 1, 2018.

Renowned writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick have rejoined hands with Drew Goddard for the movie.

It may be mentioned that David Leitch associated himself with Deadpool 2 in 2016 after Tim Miller parted ways with the project following creative differences with Ryan Reynolds.

Deadpool 2 is the sequel to the 2016 superhit movie in which Reynolds returned as Wade Wilson, the superhero with a foul mouth and an undying love for swearing (from the famous X-Men series).
