Rani Mukerji's 'Mardaani 2' all set to hit the screens this year | Read
Produced by Aditya Chopra and Yash Raj Films, 'Mardaani 2', is the directorial debut of Gopi Puthran, who wrote the the first movie in the franchise. The movie was shot extensively in Jaipur and other parts of Rajasthan.
Mumbai: One of the talented actresses of Bollywood, Rani Mukherji is known for taking up challenging roles and loves to experiment with her choice of movies.
Last seen in 2018's 'Hichki', Rani has now done shooting for sequel to the 2014's 'Mardaani'. In this movie Rani will be seen playing the role of a police officer Shivani Shivaji Roy, who is now a Superintendent of Police. Shivani, in this part faces a cold, merciless villain who has no empathy and "is pure evil".
