Ranbir Kapoor wishes to be a part of '3 Idiots' sequel

Mumbai: Bollywood's chocolate boy and heartthrob of gazillions, Ranbir Kapoor, has expressed intense desire to work in the sequel to blockbuster movie '3 Idiots', if it is ever made.

Ranbir Kapoor, who plays the lead in Hirani's upcoming release 'Sanju', was asked at a recent media interaction, if he would like to be the part of the '3 Idiots' sequel. "Of course, blindly. I'll do anything that Raju sir wants me to do. I don’t care what sequel, anything he makes I’d love to be a part of," Ranbir answered.

Sanju is a biopic of Sanjay Dutt, one of the most controversial Bollywood actors ever. On being asked about the film, Ranbir assured that the biopic is not a propaganda or PR exercise and called it a very honest portrayal of Sanjay Dutt's life.

When asked about his favourite biopics made in India and abroad, Ranbir picked 'The Wolf of Wall Street', 'Bhaag Milkha Bhaag' and 'Gandhi' as his favourites.

Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, ‘Sanju’ is slated to release on June 29, 2018. The film also stars some of the very fine Bollywood actors including Paresh Rawal, Sonam Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, Dia Mirza, Manisha Koirala, Vicky Kaushal and Jim Sarbh in important roles.
