Shahrukh Khan's #RaeesMostAwaitedFilm, declares Twitter

Mumbai: Shahrukh Khan has an enormous fan following that is eagerly waiting for the release of his upcoming action-crime-thriller 'Raees'.

The wait has intensified since December 6 when King Khan's fans came across the official trailer of the much awaited movie.

On Monday night, #RaeesMostAwaitedFilm started trending on Twitter and soon became the top trend of the micro-blogging site.

Raees, which is reportedly based on the life of Gujarat-based underworld criminal Abdul Latif, also stars Pakistani actress Mahira Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in essential roles.

The Shahrukh Khan starrer is scheduled to release on January 25, 2017.

The film has been directed by Rahul Dholakia and is being produced by Ritesh Sidhwani, Farhan Akhtar and Gauri Khan under their banners Excel Entertainment and Red Chillies Entertainment.
