On Hrithik Roshan's 46th birthday yesterday, Hrithik's mother Pinkie Roshan posted few unseen pictures of her son while he was going for his brain surgery. Yes, you heard it right! Well, the incident happened on the sets of Bang Bang when the hunk was performing his stunts. Hrithik suffered a head injury which later caused complications to his health as it turned into a clot.
Hrithik had to go through an intense surgery for that but as mentioned by his mother, he was so strong throughout and put on such a brave face. She wrote about how there was no fear in his eyes and had no worry.

No doubt he had such a brave face all through his journey of the surgery. We are so glad he is all hale and hearty and wish him the best for his future.
