It is said that 'diamonds are a woman's best friend' but in today's scenario it could be said that onions are writing history and have replaced mostly all the expensive gifts and from wedding presents to jewelries, they are winning every women's heart.
Depicting a serious ongoing crisis in our country, Mrs Funnybones took to her Instagram and shared a picture of ‘onion earrings’ given to her by hubby Akshay and captioned, “My partner returns from performing at the Kapil Sharma show and says, ‘They were showing this to Kareena, I don’t think she was too impressed, but I knew you would enjoy them so I got them for you.’ Sometimes it’s the smallest things, the silliest things that can touch your heart.”
It is to be mentioned that recently Akshay and Kareena Kapoor were seen promoting their upcoming film, 'Good Newwz' on the sets of, 'The Kapil Sharma Show' where during the show Kareena was shown a pair of onion danglers. The Bollywood diva, surely, didn’t take a fancy for them. However, Akshay brought them home for Mrs. Funnybones who has an amazing sense of humor.
In the work front, Akshay has been busy promoting 'Good Newwz', where he will be seen with Kareena after a long time. In Good Newwz, they will be seen as husband and wife, trying for a baby. The film will release on December 27.
